Black Business Week Minneapolis is a free, community-centered celebration dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and showcasing Black-owned businesses throughout Minneapolis. A highlight of the week is the annual Black Business Week Street Mall, a community event and marketplace that celebrates the creativity, talent, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of Black-owned businesses. Attendees can shop from local vendors, connect with entrepreneurs, enjoy live entertainment, and experience the rich culture and contributions of Minneapolis' Black business community.
The Black Business Week Street Mall will take place on Saturday, July 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Capri Theater Plaza. The event is free and open to the public.

Shop Northside is a West Broadway Business and Area Coalition initiative designed to uplift and invest in the North Minneapolis economy by encouraging residents and visitors alike to support local. Through annual events like Black Business Week’s Street Mall, Open Streets West Broadway, Black Friday on Broadway, and Small Business Saturday, we spotlight Northside entrepreneurs and provide accessible, low-cost vendor opportunities that help small businesses grow and thrive.
